Collected information is used strictly for legitimate community and security purposes, including:
- Authentication and identity verification via OAuth
- Preventing fraud, abuse, and ban evasion
- Reviewing and resolving moderation appeals
- Maintaining internal accountability and audit logs
- Protecting the integrity and safety of the BlockSpin community
Authentication Providers
This portal uses third-party authentication services (OAuth 2.0), including Roblox and Discord. We receive basic account identifiers and public profile information necessary to verify identity. OAuth access tokens are not stored beyond what is required for authentication.
Data Sharing
- Access to appeal data is restricted to authorized BlockSpin moderation staff
- Information may be disclosed if required to comply with applicable laws or legal requests
- BlockSpin does not sell, rent, or trade personal data
Data Retention
- Denied appeals are typically retained for up to 12 months for audit and abuse prevention
- Approved appeals retain a minimal record of the decision for moderation history
