The Blockspin Appeal Portal provides a formal process for requesting a review of moderation actions taken within the BlockSpin community. By accessing or using this portal, you agree to the terms outlined below.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all appeal submissions
• Include relevant context and supporting details related to the moderation action
• Submit only one appeal per incident unless explicitly instructed otherwise
• Ensure that submitted content does not violate applicable laws or platform rules

Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to evade bans or sanctions through alternate accounts or methods
• Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated information or evidence
• Harassing, threatening, impersonating, or abusing moderation staff
• Using automated tools, scripts, bots, or mass-submission techniques
• Submitting spam, malicious content, or coordinated disruption attempts
• Sharing personal data of other individuals without authorization

Review Process and Enforcement

• All appeals are reviewed by authorized BlockSpin moderators
• Appeal outcomes are determined at the moderators' discretion based on available information
• Decisions may be final and are not guaranteed to result in reversal or modification
• Abuse of the appeals process may result in denial of the appeal, additional enforcement actions, or permanent loss of appeal privileges

Data Collection and Logging

To maintain the integrity, security, and fairness of the appeals process, BlockSpin may collect and process:

• Appeal submissions and related content
• Associated platform account identifiers (such as Roblox and Discord IDs)
• IP address, network metadata, and basic device or browser information

This data is used solely for moderation review, fraud and abuse prevention, internal auditing, and system security, in accordance with the Privacy Notice.

Privacy and Data Requests

Personal data is handled in accordance with the BlockSpin Privacy Notice. Requests related to data access, correction, or removal may be submitted by emailing hello@csnsor.nl.
